In South Sudan, Shede and thousands like her are fending off hunger and malnutrition in Wedweil Refugee Settlement.

With very little to call their own, comfort and joy can seem far from their day-to-day reality.

More than 4 million people have been displaced by conflict in Sudan and South Sudan, and the risk of further violence – exacerbated by the climate crisis - remains high.

Our partners in South Sudan hold and develop meaningful relationships with communities, which enables them to advocate for support, peace and reconciliation.

Sign the petition - Call on the UK Government to push for peace and to invest in local communities.

Together we can help prevent further violence and conflict this Christmas.
